Rhonda Ballard

I have been a member of Dr. Hamilton’s team since 1987 and have had the privilege of helping to create a lot of new smiles. What I enjoy the most about orthodontics is the challenge. Every case is unique and must be treated accordingly. The most difficult cases are always the most rewarding. It is amazing to see how much people change when they feel good about smiling. Orthodontics truly does “change lives.” When I am not straightening teeth, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Kent, our golden retriever, Ali, and our nieces and nephews.

Penny Rummage

I have been with Dr. Hamilton since 1988. I am the treatment coordinator. I love seeing the transformation that takes place in our patients as they begin smiling again. My husband, Ray, and I have a blended family of four grown children, Kristen, Matthew, Ryan and Brandy. We have five grandchildren. I love spending quality time with family and friends, church and travel.

Allison Allran

I have been a member of the Hamilton team since 1989. I work as a clinical assistant and clinical coordinator. Orthodontics to me has become more than just straightening teeth. Our patients are like family to me, and I have made some lifelong relationships. I have two wonderful children, Alex and Gabe. They keep me very busy when I am away from the office.

Crystal Pardon

I have been with Dr. Hamilton since 1989. I currently work part-time helping with the receptionist, financial coordinator, insurance coordinator or wherever needed. My husband, Ken, and I have two boys, Keegan and Kylar. I love spending time with my family and working as a team coordinator for my church family. This orthodontic office is just like a family, helping each other and helping our patients build a great self-confidence while creating beautiful smiles.

Gaylynn Cartner

I have been in the dentistry field since 1983. General dentistry and periodontics were very interesting to me; however, orthodontics is a rewarding experience daily. I have been with the Hamilton team since 1998. My husband, Jeff, and I have two children, Kale and Katy, and a golden retriever named Goldie. When I am away from the office, I enjoy teaching people how to preserve their photos with Creative Memory albums - lovecm@charter.net ! I love spending time with my family. We enjoy the lake, beach and the mountains.

Jennifer Gordon

I have been in the orthodontic field since 1999 and have been a clinical assistant since 2001. My husband, Greg, and I have one child, Brady, born in January 2007. I have been showing Tennessee Walking Horses in competition since 1983, and in 2001, I won a World Grand Championship. I enjoy working in orthodontics because each individual patient requires their own special treatment and I love seeing the end results!

April Cline

I became a part of the Hamilton team since February 2005. It has been so much fun working with this staff! God has blessed me with getting to know each of them! I enjoy working in the field of orthodontics because it is so rewarding to see the difference BRACES make in each patient’s life. I am so glad to be a part of the whole experience! The Lord has also blessed me with a wonderful family. I’ve been married to my husband since 2001 and we have a very energetic son named Jacob, who is a true joy! When I’m not working on BRACES I enjoy being with my family, taking care of my house and fellowshipping with my church family.

Tammy Byus

I have been in the orthodontics field since 1989. I’ve had the pleasure of working for several “GREAT” orthodontists, all graduates of UNC Chapel Hill. God has blessed me to choose a career that is very rewarding and at the same time very challenging. I really do enjoy my co-workers. We are a blend of personalities but very much like FAMILY.

What do I enjoy most about orthodontics? A patient at DEBAND!!! It’s like Christmas, to see them SMILE and know in your heart a life has forever been changed (with good retainer wear).

I have been married to my husband, Michael, since 1988. He is a teacher at East Lincoln High School along with Athletic Director and Football Coach. We have been embraced by this community and he is very PROUD to be a part of the ELHS sports program.

We have a daughter, Savannah, who attends Catawba Springs Elementary. She is full of energy and loves cheering on Friday nights at the High School. If and when I have spare time… I like to be constructive and creative. I like power tools, sewing and painting (it may sound crazy, but I love at home projects). I also enjoy spending time with my family and try not to take them for granted… Life Is Precious.

Quinn Sadler

I have worked as the Financial Coordinator for Hamilton Orthodontics since April, 2007. Although I have the least amount of experience in orthodontics, I am working hard to learn everything I can from this amazing group of professionals. I love my job and take pride in helping to ensure a positive experience for our patients and their families. When I’m not in the office, I like to spending time with my family. My husband, Lee, and I have been married for 13 years and are blessed with two wonderful children. My daughter, Lindsey, is 11, (going on 18) and my son, Luke, is 7 and ALL boy! We also have a sweet little black lab named Maggie. Some of my favorite things are photography, old movies, mocha lattes, good music and hanging with friends. I’m so happy to be here and I look forward to learning more about orthodontics and being part of Dr. Hamilton’s team.

Carrie Davis

I am one of the newest team members of Hamilton Orthodontics, and I’m so blessed to be here! I’ve been in the orthodontic field for a little over 8 years. I love meeting new people, developing relationships with our patients, and seeing great results. Every day is a great day with Hamilton Orthodontics! I have a beautiful son named Cam and have been married to my high school sweetheart Eric (AKA Suggiebear) since 1996.
