Our goal at Hamilton Orthodontics is to treat our patients as if they were members of our own family. Our awesome staff strives to provide professional, energetic and fun-loving service to you. To stay abreast of the latest in technological advances our staff regularly attends continuing education courses and seminars. Dr Hamilton has been creating beautiful smiles for over 25 years. Four of his staff members have been with him for over 20 years helping him to accomplish this goal. The result is a team of experienced professionals who are committed to providing personal, efficient and quality treatment for each patient. Hamilton Orthodontics is a patient-centered practice built on one simple premise-giving you a beautiful smile while serving you with orthodontic excellence! Rhonda Ballard - Office Coordinator/Clinical Assistant
Hello, I am the office coordinator and a clinical orthodontic assistant for Dr. Hamilton. I have been a member of Dr. Hamilton’s team since 1987 and have had the privilege of helping to create a lot of new smiles. What I enjoy most about orthodontics is seeing people smile when they get their braces off. It is amazing to see how much people change when they feel good about smiling. When I am not straightening teeth, my husband Kent and I enjoy going to estate auctions, antiquing, and watching our nieces and nephews play sports and cheer. The latest addition to our family is a golden retreiver puppy, Lucy.
Penny Rummage -Treatment Coordinator
Hi there! I am the Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Hamilton and I help him with new patient exams, presenting financial options and scheduling procedures. I also assist Dr. Hamilton with consultations and explaining recommended treatments. The most rewarding part of my job is when I know I have helped patients accomplish their goals. My husband Ray and I have a blended family, with four grown children and six grandchildren.
Allison Allran - Clinical Coordinator
As Clinical Coordinator, I assist Dr. Hamilton and help keep our clinic running smoothly. From the first visit here our patients feel like family and can't wait until their next visit. We have a very upbeat office and laugh a lot! Orthodontics has become more to me than just straightening teeth. I have made many lifelong friendships while working here over the past 20 years. I have two wonderful children, Alex and Gabe, that keep me very busy when I am away from the office.
Crystal Pardon - Office Assistant

I have been with Dr. Hamilton for 22 years. I have been in various roles over the years. I am currently responsible for helping patients with insurance verification and scheduling appointments. Once you have worked with someone for many years, you become like family. Dr Hamilton treats his staff with respect and appreciation. Some of the things that make our office unique are the fun contests for our patients and the special things we do for holidays and different sporting events. I have been married for 21 years to Ken and we have two wonderful sons, Keegan and Kylar, and of course our dog, Sadie.
Gaylynn Cartner - Clinical Assistant
Welcome! I work for Dr. Hamilton as a Clinical Assistant and I love working with our patients! My work allows me to get to know each patient and let them know they are well cared for by our staff. My job is such a blessing, and I look forward to each new day. The best part of working here is that I get to help create beautiful smiles! My husband Jeff and I have a daughter named Katy and a son named Kale. We have a cat named Sadie, a Boxer named Blaze, and Milo a Maltipooh.
Jennifer Gordon - Clinical Assistant
Hello! I am a Clinical Assistant here at Hamilton Orthodontics and I love what I do! I like to engage in conversations and learn about each and every patient who visits us. We treat our patients as if we were treating our own children or family. I love making people happy and getting to know all the different people that come into our office. Watching the changes that we make in our patients' lives is my favorite part! At home, my husband Greg and I have a three-year-old son named Brady, a dog and three horses!
April Cline - Clinical Assistant
I have been with Hamilton Orthodontics since 2005. I’m so blessed and proud to be a part of this wonderful staff! The thing I enjoy most about orthodontics, besides creating beautiful smiles, is getting to know our patients! They aren’t just our patients but our extended family. We, by far, have the best patients and parents and we love them all. My husband Jamie and I have been married since 2001. We have two children, Jacob who is 8 and loves to play sports, and Kinley who is 2 and loves to do whatever her brother does. When I’m not at work I love to send time with my family, cook and believe it or not clean!!.
Tammy Byus - Records/Sterilization Coordinator
Welcome! I am the Records and Sterilization Coordinator. I take diagnostic records which include patient photos, x-rays, and impressions. I am also responsible for sterilization of clinical instruments and generally help out wherever I’m needed! I especially enjoy meeting our new patients. I love getting to know them while gathering information about their oral health and orthodontic needs. My favorite part of my job is taking deband photos. I truly enjoy seeing their happy faces after braces! I have been married to my husband Michael since 1988. We have one daughter named Savannah.
Quinn Sadler - Financial Coordinator
As the Financial Coordinator, I am responsible for financial contracts and arranging payment plans for our patients, as well as other financial aspects of the business. I also assist with advertising and marketing. We have tons of fun in this office! I strive to treat patients and their families the way I would want my family to be treated. When I'm not working I enjoy photography and spending time with my husband Lee, our two children, Lindsey and Luke, and our black lab named Maggie.
Anne Brooke Lazorik - Appointment Coordinator
I joined Dr. Hamilton in November 2010 and love the family atmosphere! I work at the front desk and greet patients both over the phone and as they come in to our office. My favorite part of this job is getting to know the families that we treat and making them feel special. The whole staff works so well together and I look forward to coming to work every day! At home, I enjoy spending time with my husband Robert and children, Michael and Sarah Anne, and our dog Magic. I am definitely a warm-weatther girl and love to spend time on the lake and at the beach.
